It is in the valleys of the Lowlands that was created in 1772, the first distillery in Scotland. The history of whisky begins here, where the pioneers of the Johnston clan came from around the twelfth century. Over time, the name of Johnston became Johnson.

Glen Johnson, whose name means “Valley of Johnson”, was inspired by this double historical legacy full of expertise and traditions. “Nunquam non paratus”, meaning “Always Ready” , was the motto of the Johnson family. The Whisky Glen Johnson claims that attitude and this makes it a first class whisky.
